@Tim Swierczek thank your feedback on this. This will be SFH for rental purposes. It would be great to meet you, but I am currently traveling.

I will touch base when I am back.

Hi Tim, I am looking for a single-family home for investment purposes and trying to zoom in the Metro area.

What do you suggest as you are a pro-investor?

Can someone explain the steps of buying a pre-foreclosure property (SFH)? Can anyone suggest a great foreclosure specialist in Minneapolis?

@Mo Muigai, my thought process is different from what others are suggesting here. From the personal experiences of a few people I have known, who used to make millions, their life changed suddenly, and they lost their homes due to having substantial monthly mortgage payments. So as long as they were healthy and able to work, they did great, and the moment their health suffered, they were rendered homeless. Under such circumstances, isn't it highly desirable to be debt-free, build 100 % equity in one go, and get a higher ROI in terms of cash flow without owing a penny to anybody?

Would you kindly elaborate, how I would lose money? Wouldn't all cash generate higher cash flow and 100% equity? No mortgage means complete peace of mind. Even if the house is vacant for some time, I don't have to worry much. This is my perception and I am a newbie; I would appreciate your feedback on this.
