Hi all!  I'm new to BiggerPockets!  Have always been interested in Real Estate investments and I am an extremely handy individual having done extensive home improvement projects such as adding a 3 season porch to my home, building a wrap around deck, residing, and extensive interior work to my home and both of my son's houses.  My boys and I are looking to get involved in investment properties.  Purchasing and putting in sweat equity to try and turn a profit.  I look forward to learning from this great community and putting it into action!  All input will be greatly appreciated!  I am located in southern NH.
