Steve the biggest thing that was a red flag for me was a ripoffreport.com post about a couple he sold a mobile home to and got paid then the couple lost it because Robert Woodruff had not paid the taxes and it was sold. Knowing this could be fake I checked it out on the county website to find it was try along with a lot of other legal issues. You can see it at
http://jcmsweb.charlestoncounty.org/publicindex just type in the name woodruff.

You make a valid point Chris, where I come from in Phoenix you don't find to many MobileHomes They tend to not do well in the baking 100 Deg sun ;-) I heard good things about the Tulsa REIA I just got burned before from one of the other Gurus that came to Phoenix so now my guard is higher than normal. Thanks for your comment.

Has anyone heard of Robert Woodruff with North American REIA and he also says he runs the Charleston Investors Real Estate Association and Woodruff Investing I am in the Tulsa OK area and seen on Meetup he is the speaker for the Tulsa REIA meeting tonight. My concern is after doing research on him he appears to just be another traveling Sales Pitch wanta be guru. Online he is selling his Keys to Cash Flow program for $1500 and a $47 a month membership to his non-active REIA which only seems to be a front to get people to buy his programs. From the look of his marketing he looks like the old school scammer in a cheap suit. The meeting is only $20 but I was hoping to get info on this guy before wasting my money to be sold a useless program.
