Hi my name is Arwen Beerman and my husband and I found the BiggerPockets Podcasts and got hooked!

We own some lake property in Coeur d' Alene, IDAHO but currently live in Sumatra, Indonesia while my husband is working in the Oil and Power Industry. We are anxious to get started in single and multi-family rentals and are spending the next year educating ourselves before plunging in.
