We're looking for a home inspector. Of the inspectors recommended here (Gary Trammell, David Carlyle and James Mason), which one is the best of the best for real estate investors? Are there any others you've worked with recently that went above and beyond? I've discarded Bobby Michael already per the discussion here. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
