Hi Juan

Both my wife and step daughter are from Colombia--and I lived there for a year.  I plan on living there and maybe starting a business there within the next 5 years.  We now live in Florida in Sarasota south of Tampa.  I would be interested in taking to you.

Hello out there, I'm Al Sherman from Sarasota, FL I have been a certified residential appraiser in Colorado and Nevada for the past 25 years. Just recently moved to Florida and looking to start a new career in real estate investing. I would like to find someone in my area: Sarasota -Bradenton that can show me the way to make smart investing moves. I am an expert at determining property values especially ARV's just need to learn the way to find cash buyers in my area and most important how to put the deals together the right way. If you can show me how to put a deal together I can help you determine the correct market value of a property-before and after any needed repairs. By the way if anyone knows of investors in the Denver-Colorado Springs area or Henderson-Las Vegas areas- I have access to info that can find great deals. I do property reviews and BPO's reviews in these areas all the time and run across deals way below market value.
