Hi friends! I have a LTR property in the Springs and it's in an LLC. Do you know if I am able to get a HELOC on the property even though it's under an LLC? If so, how did you go about finding a lender?

Hey!  Sorry, I forgot to clarify, there is no pizza oven due to permitting issues.  I didn't want that liability.  It does have the BBQ and the outdoor fireplace.  I am hoping to not lose a ton of money on this one since I bought for $425 when interest rates were awesome.  Comps aren't great but I am hoping to sell for around there.  I will be trying to ask for higher than what comps are showing to lose the least amount of money.
