New investor here, looking for any information about sheriff sales on real estate. I'm in the researching stage of how the process works, I would love to find out how to find information on specific properties listed in bid4asses. I want to do my due diligence to make sure the properties are worth bidding on. I've heard after you take care of the unpaid back taxes there could still be liens or other things on the property, but i am unsure where to look this information up at. Any sites or pointers or information would be much appreciated.
