Hi Bigger Pocket members, My name is Ashley and I have a 13,000 sqft lot in East Atlanta, GA that I need help selling. Does anyone know of and builders/developers in the area?? My asking price for the Lot is 70k, new construction in the area is selling for 425k+ and this lot is in front of the East Lake Golf Course. I know as a Real Estate Investor, we're not supposed to get too attached to the seller's situation. However, this woman's story has really touched me. She has lost her father, mother and brother all within 3 years. She needs just enough money to move to Florida to be with her Aunt. Her home has a mortgage of $73,100 and is probably going to need around 40-50k in repairs. Homes in the location have sold for 60-115k. Can anyone give me suggestions on how to go about this lead ? I like to see potential in every project I come across.
