Good things. So I feel like I'm hearing a lot of get a great PM so you hopefully get some wonderful tenants, right?

The landlord tenant act is rough but that isn't to say that all of chicagoland is passable. We are finding good deals and good renters as are our other investing counterparts. You can do long term here but just make sure you know what you are getting into and have a strong lease. I hope that helps,

@Dale Stevens  Do you do mostly long-term holds outside of Cook?

There are many great tools and resources available here at BP, but the members and their willingness to help others is what sets this community apart.

Ask questions and you will get answers.

Best of luck

Yes. Definitely a perk of having an account. Now I will finally have my questions answered too as opposed to just observing others' discussions. Thanks @Ashley Pimsner

Welcome to BP.

Great place to learn and network. If you become a pro member, you will get a lot more out of this platform.

Good luck.

I might just do that. It seems as though there are a lot of tools available as a pro member!

Just make sure you pick a great realtor on the back end sales. PM me and I can refer a good realtor for that model if you're serious.

Good things. I will PM you. @Arpan Patel
