I am open to owner occupied!  I would like to do some sort of a house hack and rent out a basement apartment, etc.  Currently I was just crowd sourcing to see if there were any mortgage brokers in the Denver area that people actually liked?  I have one, but I don't really like them:)

I do bookkeeping for small businesses on the side.

I also started an Etsy business flipping vintage estate finds and Im loving that!  Picking up MCM furniture at estate sales and flipping on FB Marketplace.

Thank you for the response!

I would like to see my options for 1)it being my primary or 2) It just being an investment? I already have a HELOC on my primary but have other funds for the Down payment. My primary mortgage is in my name and the new investment will probably be in mine with my partners. We could create an entity if that's preferable. I would love some rec's!

Hello!  I have a home in the Denver area and am looking at options to purchase a second with hopes of making this one an investment property. I don't love my current mortgage broker so I am looking for rec's on investment specific Mortgage Brokers as well as types of mortgages that I should look into for this type of purchase!  Thanks in Advance!
