I want to start this by saying Hello BiggerPockets Forums! Just a little background about me. I am graduating in the Spring and plan on moving back to Tampa where my family is from. My family is well experienced in the construction side of Real Estate, however my plans for after college is to start in Real Estate investing as soon as possible. I plan on moving back and buying a house, in which I plan to house hack. The reason for this post is to reach out to like minded individuals who are in my position, or have been. I am a firm believer in learning form people that have walked the road you plan on walking. That being said if anyone has any words of advice for someone just starting to get their feet wet, it would be greatly appreciated
