Thank you for the great advice @. I will keep that in mind, I am looking into getting a mutli unit w/ 4 units, not to far from Temple U. so I will begin researching how to advertise to their studens, thanx again! & I would appreciate any advice.

Hi, my name is Rita and I am new to BP, I am from philly and looking forward to starting a career in Real Estate, Im not sure exactly which route I want to take, however I have been thinking about wholesaling houses. I am interested in any advice or experience one would like to offer. I'm thinking of purchasing an as is triplex, any advice?
