Hi Brian Jennett were you able to get more details about rooming house in newark, New Jersey? I think we are in the same boat, I'm in a C area of newark, so not sure if that would be ok, also not sure if that's against the law here, cause I'm not planning to live there, any thought will be helpful, thanks

thank you guys for your quick response! @Account Closed
Yes I wanted to know how much money I would bring with me,  and would they accept something between 10 and 20% if I don't have the whole amount with me?

Hi, I'm planning to go to the live auction in newark for the first time, and I heard that if i win the bid I will need to make a deposit of 20% of the winning bid, and only certified check and a money order is accepted, my question here, how can i prepare that check in advance if I don't know what would be the winner bid? Cause they don't accept a personnel check that I can write it right away. My second question is the bid starts at $100 most of the time, what if nobody has made a bid, would I be able to get it at any price above $100 or the sheriff will need to accept or reject regardless of nobody has bid on it? Any more details would be much appreciated, thanks!

I'm buying a condo from a bank, the condo has a high tax, the property used to pay 10% of the current tax amount 10 years ago, so im thinking to apply for tax abatement once I buy the property, can I still take benefit of it if I put the property under LLc and not my name, it's in Newark, NJ. Thanks
