Quote from @Daren Abshire:

Great to connect! I work with investors nationwide on the debt side, helping them access financing when traditional options don’t always fit. Curious, are most of your NC investors focused on single-family, multifamily, or larger development plays?

I've both multi and single family investors.

This is powerful, thank you for sharing! As someone early in my investing/wholesaling journey, it’s encouraging to see how time and consistency pay off. Do you find you’ve preferred keeping more LTRs in your portfolio over STRs long-term?

Hi BP community,

I’m planning to build my path toward becoming a real estate investor in the future. To start, I’m focusing on wholesaling as a way to both generate capital and gain hands-on knowledge of real estate markets, deal analysis, and investor needs.

My goal is to connect with active investors, especially those open to new opportunities, so I can better understand what types of properties and deals you’re looking for. If you’re open to it, I’d love to learn more about your buy box and connect directly so I can bring you opportunities that actually fit your criteria.

This will not only help me serve your needs now but also guide me as I prepare for my own future investments.

Looking forward to connecting.

Asma

Looking forward to building strong investor connections!

@Asma Kabeer I'd encourage you to go to some amazing local meetups in addition to posting here. I'd consider going to some of the NBOA events, Chicago multifamily club, Windy City REI and much more!

Thanks Aaron, would definitely attend those events.

Post: Wholesale property Knoxville TN, looking for investor/buyer

Quote from @Corey Henson:

Hey Asma, looks like a strong deal in Knoxville, especially with that ROI. If you're doing more wholesaling in the area, a tool I've been using called AI Realty Leads might be worth checking out. It's helped me find both sides of the equation, not just motivated sellers, but also cash buyers and investors who are actively closing in specific markets.

The platform lets you pull targeted lead lists based on distress signals, absentee ownership, equity position, and more. It gives verified contact info right away, so you can skip the skip tracing. Same goes for building buyer lists — you can search by transaction history, cash purchases, or portfolios and get direct contact info to reach out.

Might be a good way to keep your pipeline full and expand your buyer network in TN.

Thanks, Cory. It's a strong deal, still looking for an end buyer. I can't find the tool you mentioned on Google.
