Man, I really had no idea sending you the link to BiggerPockets would bring out the "Investor Monster" in you this quick. I'll be interested to hear what these folks have to say about your luck finding out about the foreclosures before they're marketed in the newspaper, etc. Glad to have you here, Buddy!

My name is Charles Burgess and I'm a Real Estate Broker in Rutherford County (directly in the middle of Charlotte, Hickory, Asheville, Hickory, Greenville & Spartanburg and home of Lake Lure and Chimney Rock as you may have heard of these areas of our county) and have worked with our family real estate firm - Washburn Real Estate, Inc since graduating from UNC Charlotte in 06'.
