@Atinuke Adebowale You can also keep an eye on the website slickdeals dot net.  You will see various folks walmart, best buy etc with some really good prices pop up.  It was about 2 months ago that the 65" TCL went on clearance at walmart for like $298.

Love it! I’ll keep my eyes peeled too

Hi looking to buy approx 5 Roku TVs and was wondering where the best place is to get them. I’m trying to keep costs low and I keep seeing $200-300 a pop for 40-65 inch. Maybe it’s been a while since I bought a TV. Seeing some good prices on Facebook marketplace but don’t wanna get stuck paying for a busted TV

Amazon, Walmart or Best Buy. I got a great deal on a new open box Roku TV at best buy.

Thank you! Saw some open box deals gonna keep looking for more

You may be able to save a lot of money by buying a normal "dumb" TV and then just plugging in a Roku stick. That's what I did for my properties and it worked great.

When Roku is integrated into the tv it reduces the number issues you might have to deal with.  You don’t have to worry about someone taking your stick with them when they leave. You don’t have to worry about someone changing the input and then your next guest can’t figure out how to get the tv back to hdmi1. You don’t have to deal with having two remotes.  I know the Roku remote can control most tvs however it cannot change the input source on the tv if someone jacks it up.  You also don’t have the problem of teens unplugging the stick and connecting their game console and then putting it back in the wrong port.  These all sound like small things.  But I don’t want guests to have to deal with and I don’t want to deal with that.  At the cost of the series 4 Roku TVs you are not going to save that much going the other route.  I try to do everything I can to keep things simple for the guests and limit potential phone calls.  A  tcl Roku tv is one of those things.

Thank you both! Definitely things to consider

I bought all my TV's (5 of them) from Costco for my short-term rental. I want to say I spent no more than $170 for 3 bedrooms (40"). I got a larger TV for the master bedroom and living room (55" and 65") which I want to say were in the $250-$350 when I bought them about a year ago. Roku TV's are def the way to go for short-term rentals

Thank you! I’ll check Costco. I think I’ll have to get used to the price 🤣
