New investor that's willing to learn in the southeastern GA. I've come across deals but have yet to close one. I came close to closing one using Lee Arnolds Cogo capital. But got cold feet.  I see some deals in my area and would like to run them by someone with experience to give me some pointers or to partner with.  I have some experience with renovations I did a remodel on a home I inherited. 

I just got my first property under contract, any and all help and guidance would be greatly apprecicated.

I just got my first property under contract. Im using Cogo Capital  as the lender. Is there anyone out there that is willing to help walk me through the process  and  mentorship.
