Hi all, my husband and I moved to the Phoenix valley over a year ago and want to buy a multifamily home that we can live in and rent out. However, we’ve seen and heard that the multifamily homes around here are in sketchy neighborhoods and people have discouraged us from buying them. I’d love to get more input and thoughts about buying and possibly living in a multifamily home in Phoenix. Thanks in advance!!
