Hello BP Community,

I'm looking for advice or resources on how to scale our real estate acquisitions team. We're based in Kansas City, MO, and are currently generating just over $1M in revenue annually (~50 transactions a year). Up until now, our business has primarily focused on door-knocking, with a strong emphasis on pre-foreclosures. Lately, we've also started working with probates and pre-probates, landing a few deals.

Initially, we had great success with just one full-time door knocker. To increase profitability, we brought on three more team members and shifted our focus entirely to outbound lead acquisition, pausing inbound lead generation.

While we've had success with door-knocking, I'm unsure if we can rely on it alone to scale our business to the next level. I'm looking to connect with someone who has scaled a wholesaling or real estate investing (REI) business to $2.5M+ in revenue, especially if door-knocking is a part of their strategy. I'd be interested in paying for a consultation to discuss our structure and the best path forward.

Any recommendations or connections would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
Austin

Who has the best rates on DSCR Purchase or rate and term refi (without charging crazy origination - preferably 2 points or less)? Will be above a 1.2 DSCR and LTV will be between 50 and 60% on a good B class rental. Any input is appreciated.

I would be interested in hearing as well if anyone starts a class action. They pulled out on our property right as we had finished.

Jorge, did you end up doing one with them and how did it go?

Think I'm about to give them a shot, keep you posted. Just awaiting on hearing back for an offer on a house in NKC we've got under contract.

Looking for the best lenders that will lend based on an assets rental ability (DSCR - no income verification). Anything with rates below 4.5% currently? Would like to find long-term am (I.e. 30 yr am, fixed rate, up to 4.75% interest, with say a 75-80% LTV). Need to lend on properties in Missouri. Need terms for both SFR and Multi. Does such a loan exist?
