We currently see about 10-15 off-market deals come through my office each month. I’ll meet with you in person just to run through how our deals will come through to you and what they entail. Call me old fashion – I meet with all my clients face-to-face first so I know who I’m doing business with. After that, you will get a call, text, or e-mail (or all three) from me as soon as we have the properties under contract. I don’t just blast my properties out across the internet to people I haven’t met for obvious reasons.
