@korey hodges it just depends on what part of town and how nice it is. In a nice neighborhood, 1300-1400 for a 3/2 is market rate. @Tim Halperin chatt is an awesome place, I went to school there. The wholesaler I have come across: Scott Mitchell-otter buy homes. I have found my deals from calling and knocking on doors. Also I have a construction company we do a lot of higher end remodels, build houses etc. if you ever need anything. We do a lot in franklin, brentwood.

Hey Scott I live in Columbia and currently have one long term rental. It’s a good steady market and there’s a lot of development in the area.  I’m actively searching for more, just hard to find a lot of deals right now. Try being said, I might have a triplex wholesale deal coming up.
