Hi all! If the county recorders office shows that a sheriff's deed was given to the bank now offering a home for sale on auction. com or other auction site, does that mean I would be purchasing the first lien and that other junior liens were wiped? Perhaps, more concisely, can only first liens on property be awarded sheriff's deeds? thanks in advance!
