Good morning, 

I just moved to Philadelphia in August and am looking to network/connect with any Investors in the area. Is there a local meetup? 

I am currently renting in Fishtown, but am looking to purchase in Fishtown, Northern Liberties, or Port Richmond within the next six months (most likely trying to househack, so live in one room and rent out the other 2/3 rooms). If anyone has expertise in these areas, or just lives around here, I would love to connect and be very thankful for the time and wisdom.
