Hey everyone, my name is Austin. My wife and two kids live in Gilbert, AZ. My full-time job is a Program Manager for a large Caterpillar dealership here in the area. My wife works full-time as an engineering manager for the Boeing Company. We have lived here in Gilbert for 7 years and are looking to start our Real Estate investing journey to build wealth and hopefully have some freedom and flexibility down the road. The markets we are looking at are included:
-Greater Phoenix Area (Gilbert, Chandler, Peoria, Glendale, Deer Valley)
-Greater Las Vegas, NV area (Henderson, NV)
-Colorado Springs, CO
I can't wait to start this journey and recognize how great having a community like this is. We are flexible with the asset type for real estate, but would like to dive into the STR, MTR, LTR, and possibly small multi-family rental. Would love.
