What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I wanted to have some sort of investment towards the future. As my construction business is doing well and I love what we do, one day I know I will not be able to swing the hammer as well.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Through another builder/ broker.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional loan 25% down

What was the outcome?

We are still learning

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Adding value to the building is great, I'm not sure if we are putting too much in.
