Hi, my name is Austin and I’m looking for partners, deals, we’ll everything. Im looking to invest in Houston Texas and would really like to get to know anyone out here. I’m really looking to just grow my circle and get started. I would love to talk to any local wholesalers and Realtors and maybe partner up on some creative finance deals. I think what is stopping me is I’m just starting. I don’t know where to look and I’m stuck between single and multi-family. I have some money saved but I need to understand the cap rate in my area to know what is normal. I want even more information about comparable listings sold. I want a good commercial attorney,contractor, broker, real-estate agent and more. It’s so much and further more during COVID times I can’t go and talk/meetup anywhere. Zoom meetings are also an option but again, I’m looking for local opportunities and connections in the Houston area. Right now it’s all so much it’s like cognitive overload and I don’t even know where to start building my team or connecting with other cre investors
