so I’m moving from Jax to west palm / Jupiter  area In August and I’m curious if there’s any properties (100k-250k) that’ll allow for house hacking. I know that’s Pennys compared to the prices in that area but there has to be something. Do any realtors or investors know of any properties in west palm, Stuart, Lauderdale for house hacking? Thanks!

Been in Jacksonville for about a year and 6 months. I’m looking for some information on which area in Jacksonville (jax beach, downtown jax, San marco) is best for mid term rentals. Looking to connect with like minded investors, realtors and lenders. Which areas have the most individuals with decent occupations (traveling nurses, business executives, etc).
