Hello everyone, I am a new member and would like to introduce myself. I am ready and extremely motivated to start my first deal. I am looking for real estate investment groups, mentors and wholesalers in my area. I am in what I'd like to call the "sponge stage" of soaking up all information that I possibly can. I have been doing a ton of research on my own but would like some first hand experience before I jump in completely. I am currently an operations manager by trade and am willing to provide my organizational skills, data entry skills or even construction clean up and staging skills to anyone who will take me under their wing and provide knowledge.
