It would be for low and high end homes. I do plan on asking at reia meeting because thats what i did long time ago. I am trying to figure out what are the best materials everyone prefers on ugly rehabs and pretty ones. The reason is factor it in my wholesale deals. I had a home depot list along time ago but investing changes very quickly.

I am suggesting a new forum section called Newbie Ville. It would be a whole section where newbies get questions answered. Also veteran members could put all the stickies you should read before posting. I read that veteran investors here are tired of beating dead horses. Also could sticky all of Steve Babiak's links. Please post ideas and votes.

I know there was a thread started about materials but was never finished. I would like to know what materials are being used for rehabs. Last time i did i a rehab project was in 2000 and I would like to have a list of updated materials if possible. The reason is I am out of the loop a bit. Also i think it would be gem to things like what flooring , carpet etc.

The question is what would be examples of singles, doubles, and triples in wholesaling? I think this would help out on the tips already provided.

I saw a pitch by this guy and the free software is all online. I punched in my area code and most investors that came up were 60-80 miles away. I would suggest just reading bigger pockets, and the court house. If you need a reasonable course I would go with Steph Davis, Steve Cook, Eric Medemar,Bill Bronchick, and Tyrone Taylor. They have decent materials that are reasonable.
