I ‘m currently lining up the beginning steps to obtain my first flip at the end of this year; while getting everything in order I decided to create a 5 year plan and i was hoping that I could get the perspective of some veterans here about what your 5 year plans were when you first began. Any information would be extremely helpful.

Thanks for the warm welcome! House hacking seems like the most feasible option for me right now. I would love to get things started closer to the end of the year after the effects of the pandemic show their impact on the market. I’m very interested in attending meet-ups in the CT area so if you have any information about that I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks again!

Hello all!
My name is AJ Tiniakos and I am very new to the investment market. I am currently located in the Hartford county area of Connecticut.
