Members requested more information on Creative Financing, specifically using IRA's for real estate investing, and private lending as an alternative to traditional financing. This feedback came out of the March meeting, in which our presenter compared the affect of 401K and real estate investments on a typical engineer's retirement plan. Real Estate had the greater impact on cash flow in less time.
