Hi There, l have a contract on a house in Trenton which, l am using a 203k loan to purchase as a first time buyer.

l want to sell the contract to someone else so l would have some money for now.

What should l do? Please advise. Thanks.

EXACTLY,  DAVID BARNETT say that again.

I am a newbie, so l'm still in the learning process and have a long way to go.   The good news is l would surely get there.

Thanks everyone!

HOW COME there are so many videos on YOUTUBE saying you can pay for a house with a credit card?  The price of this house is $16,000.00 and for that matter l believed since l have that much line of credit, it is possible to swipe my card for the purchase.

l guess not.

Hi there, l am not able to find a Title Agency that accept  credit card payment.  Any advise.
