You may look into composite deck tiles / 'deck in the box' type of product. These are interlocking tiles that can be installed on any type of flat surface, water and sun resistant. Very easy to assemble.

Hi All,

this is my first post here but I have been a long time reader. I am not an investor (yet) but want to start out slowly by buying a house that we could live in and fix (3bd/2ba, 2car garage).  We live in Cooper City (Broward) and want to buy here.
