Cohosting is just helping someone manage THEIR property. They might pay you some for the help. Your not investing in RE.

Yes I spoke with a real estate agent and they told me I can do that which I’m currently have another meeting with them regarding it

Hi Azaria, I'm not sure I'm fully understanding your question. Do you mean you want to get into Airbnb but aren't sure if it will do well enough to pay the rent? I wouldn't start STR unless you have the funds to pay the rent on your own if it doesn't make money. I would personally only Airbnb something I own. Renting a property to Airbnb can be very risky, as others have said.

Okay I have 20k saved and I really want to possibly get in the Airbnb business and have more money coming in I’m currently in college and live at home and I can only afford if I can buy a small condo or something because rent is usually more expensive..& I had spoke to real estate agent and they told me I could possibly co host .. I only make 30k a year currently

Anyone rent out their timeshare for Airbnb? If so how is your experience with doing it?

Hello I plan on investing & doing Airbnb I have money saved my only concern is I won’t be able to pay rent monthly is there any options that could help ? someone mentioned to me something about co hosting could someone explain that? & where do you go to look at properties & what price range starting off?
