The membership is lower than that. But for being mentored one-on-one with her is $5k. You also get a gold membership with that.

Has anyone heard of the club Real Estate Club LA? I know they have a $5,000 value for the mentorship with Phyllis Rockower. Do they try to upsell? Anyone know if this is worth the investment?

Hi,
My name is Andre. I've been wanting to invest in real estate for a very long time. Finally decided that this will be the year I invest in my first property.
I am a therapist for a professional soccer team and I love my career. However, I want to build an empire of estates and wealth.
I have done much reading and researching and now I need to learn the action side of things. I want to offer my time as an intern (or a special skill such as personal training if you seek a personal trainer) in anyway in exchange of being mentored.
