Good Morning,

I have spent the last 2 years as a full time Economics student working hard to acquire enough money to get started in real estate investing in the Richmond, Va area. This will be a joint venture with 2 of my friends who own their own contracting business. Together we have amassed approximately $60,000.

Would it be beneficial for me to get a real estate license?

I say this because I am very new to the world of real estate and feel it would not only build upon my knowledge in this field and also help me network with others who share my interest and desire to make real estate a career, but also build my credibility since I am only 21.
