I got my second rental this week and posted on Craigslist. I've had 2 people go view the property and one coming tomorrow. The 2 people that have viewed the property both want it. I really liked one family but he other family just gave me a funny feeling. Now since its equal housing opportunity do I need to run background checks on both families or just the one that I want to rent to in order to  fair?

Hello Bigger pockets just wanted to see if anybody had some advice. I'm tring to post my property on Postlets but since the house is new the Address doesn't come up and I cant add my own address. Is there something I can do?

Well I was just thinking that it would make it more appealing to renters. As far as cash flow the house with everything tax and insuracne my moretgage payment is going to be $982 and im pretty sure it going to rent out for $1700. I was just thinking that i could maybe charge a little more if i offered to pay all the utilities. Thanks for the input guys and you guys are right they will abuse it if its included.

Hello ive been racking my brain try to think about pro's and con's on this issue. I'm going to soon have a renatl property and i was wondering would it be a good idea to pay for all of the untilities on a SFH? Would it make it more appealing to renters? Has anybody done this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I fairly new to the site and just wanted to find out is there any sites that i look at and find information or numbers on the rental market? I know that my area rentals homes are pretty rare. Im tring to decide how much rent i could charge in certain places. Thanks
