As I understand it, when you bid for commercial , you have to show proof of funds for the entire amount.

Looking at a property that will shortly be offered on auction.com. I searched and saw a couple post that related to residential. Any one have any info regarding experience buying/selling commercial on auction.com?

Thats a good reason so people don't feel their input is not taken seriously. I had also considered a suggestion box for feedback and maybe write everyone a thank you who puts in a comment....... and hopefully end up improving the overall experience

Who is doing surveys? I was thinking to start doing this regularly on move outs but also considering doing it for actives as well to improve the experience. If anyone has any sample ones for reference that would be great. What types of questions are you asking?

business specialist i spoke with at one company advised each building would most likely need its own hub and plan. Im not sure if If this is the only solution but at that point it would not be cost effective.

In TX for example, what do you look for and what companies do you use. We currently have accounts with first choice, reliant, and ambit. Are you doing fixed or variable rate?

Someone has to have insight on low cost utilities. I know some of you deal with all bills paid. Would appreciate some insight from someone who knows
