Thanks for the information Simon. I’ve been leaning more towards rental properties right now. I still need to get some more information on what  investment strategy would work for me. Also if i wanna do my first in California or out of state. I appreciate the feed back.

I’m very hesitant to obtain my first real estate investment being in California. What are some good strategies for the California market that work for people?  Would anyone recommend doing my first investment out of state?

Looking for general info on various ways you can invest your money in real estate. I’ve been interested in it for a very long time and have attend seminars and read up on a few different ways to go about it. Any information would help thanks
