Thanks for all the responses both publicly and privately. Talking to some of you has given me new insights into how I can participate in the Charlotte market using the BRRRR method. If there are other RE Investors using the same strategy in the Charlotte area I would love to hear from you as well. Thanks!

Hi all, I am a new RE Investor in Charlotte. Just wanted to get thoughts from some of you who know this market well. Is BRRRR possible in Charlotte? I have been looking at properties for the last few days. I am using the 1% rule as a filter before I look any further. (Rent should be GREATER THAN 1% of the Property Price + Rehab costs + Other costs). So basically Rent > 1% of Final cost of the house. Not able to find ANYTHING. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Abraham, I am thinking about doing something similar to what you have in mind. Looking to invest in  a duplex, triplex or fourplex. If there are investors out there who would like to partner with me please feel free to reach out to me or drop me a line and I will reach out to you. I am also interested in buying distressed properties and rehabbing and renting out. Look forward to meeting some really great minds in real estate investing in the Charlotte area.
