Thank you both! I did get a quote from the original provider and it is much higher. Colleen, you are correct breakers appear to be one of the issues with some of the other companies. Thanks for your help and if anyone has any companies they can recommend for MN that would be great! Noah

I am having trouble finding an insurance company for my first multifamily property. The closing is scheduled for Oct. 31st. The current owner pays $1800 a year and the first quote I received was $6000! I am expecting estimates from 3 other companies. FYI This is a 7plex built in the 60s. Any help woul be appreciated. Thanks!

Any recommendations for a property management company in MN for a first timer. Specific companies would be great, info on standard rates would be helpful, and any suggestions for questions I should be asking would be beneficial too.
