Thank you very much for your reply. I am buying my first 4 fam soon, and there is currently a section 8 tenant in there. I understand I need to apply to be able to accept section 8. My hopes are that I do not need to go forward with another inspection of the unit since they are already living there and inspection has already taken place. I do know, however, that they do randomly do these inspections.

Can anyone shed light on how to go about accepting section 8 as a landlord, and approximately how long the process takes?
