I need help with ideas for vacant home owners to contact me. I have clearly identified vacant houses where there is definitely nobody living. I have found the owners and contacted them through emails and letters I personally sent.  Nobody has gotten back to me. Why would a property owner who has a run down house not want to sell it? I mentioned in my contact that any property,  any condition, no repairs needed . Can anybody give me any insight to this? Much appreciated!

I am looking to start wholesaling so I can start to make money in order to purchase my first investment property. I live near Rochester ny, does anybody do wholesaling in this area? How is the market? Is this type of business profitable here?

I would like to know how investers are doing in western ny. How is the market there for rental property. I have started to invest here because i live in the area but there doesn't seem to be a lot of good rental properties outside of the city of rochester. Any insight or information would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone. I am new to investing and would like to start finding motivated people who want to sell their home but are not listed on the MLS. I read about contacting people through letters who have lived in their home for 20 yrs and might want to sell. Also absentee owners and inherited properties that someone might not want. Where would i go about finding this information to compile by list. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
