Hello all in Macon- Warner Robins GA market!

 My name is Barri and I'm a out of country beginner investor.
Recently looking for my first investment property, as well as for a team to work with.
Referrals for contractors, Inspectors and Property management company, will be mostly appreciated.
Any advice and opinions from experienced investors who are willing to share will be greatly appreciated.
