There's a really good one called BiggerPockets!
Immerse yourself in the wealth of information and inspiration from the BP community (I like the podcasts) and over time you'll find clarity around your vision and what resonates most with you. I've learned so much from BP not only about real estate, but also about business, wealth, mindset, and happiness. There are many ways to be successful in real estate investing and it gets more exciting and less overwhelming as you gain momentum.
Keep learning, sharing, and don't be afraid to take action Bassel!
much information it becomes confusing. I need to focus on the basics so I can make my first investment.

Depends on your goals. What are you trying to achieve? I would first find out what you what, then you can narrow it down to different podcasts and articles based on those goals. The rookie podcast on BiggerPockets is always a good place to start. But first I would figure out what you want, whether it be flipping, wholesaling, or buy and hold, then find info based on that.
In fact My goal Is to have in 5 years 20-30 units. I want to start now with a duplex but don’t know what exactly I should look for information so I can make an informed decision on the duplex, location, features …. Also I don’t want to put a lot of cash at the beginning so I can try if it is something for me. So basically I really need to learn the basics to get my first duplex
