Thanks to everyone! Great information!

Thanks @Danny Bower!  That seems like it hits most of my markets.   Are you able to import their exports directly into a mailer or is there some manipulation that needs to happen?

I've been researching Yellow Letter companies (Including Yellow Letter, and Click2Mail) and they seem to be great resources for creating and mailing your marketing material.  However, I'm struggling with a good lead generation vendor.  I know the county clerks office has much that I'm looking for, but I would tend to believe that this day in age there is a decent service out there that can give lists for probate, absentee, etc etc?    

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
