I'm am looking for a bank which offers non-recourse loans so that I may refinance a home I own under a self directed IRA. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I am in search of a Certified Public Accountant that is familiar with self directed IRAs in southern Louisiana. Preferably I would like to find a CPA in Lafayette, LA but would be able to work with a CPA in either Baton Rouge or Lake Charles.

I am looking for a financial institution that provides non-recourse loans and has an in-house self-directed IRA custodian so that I can keep the business relationship streamlined. I would prefer the lending institution be in Louisiana but any suggestions of non-recourse loan banks with a SDIRA custodian outside Louisiana would also be considered.

If I were to purchase an investment property utilizing funds from my SDIRA and thus owned by the LLC which my SDIRA is invested in, would it be legal for me to purchase that property using my personal from that LLC?

In short, have my LLC sell the property to me?

I understand that there are a few variables at play, but in general, How much equity must you have in your primary residence to qualify for a HELOC?

I am currently looking for a portfolio lender in the Lafayette, Louisiana area for financing buy-and-hold real estate investments.   Are there any recommendations for such lenders?
