I like 3 bedrooms better. They pull more rent and they are more in demand. I have never had complaints over only having 1 bath, sure they don't like it but they figure it is what it is and they won't move over only having 1 bath unless the house is just a dump to began with :-)

Just signed up! I like it so far! I use quickbooks online so all I had to so was use my current username and password to get started. I will for sure be using this. Automate the process!

Wow wish I had started to think the way you do at 15! You keep the dream alive until your 18+ and keep reading and studying till then and you retire young and rich. Give up the video games and start saving your money now! Try to find a maintenance company or rehab company to put you to work part time to learn how houses are built and repaired. Save that money! You will be just fine by the time your 18 if you keep at it! Good luck!
