@Gerald K. (sorry for the delayed response), We sell packages of SFR, condo's, hotels, apartments buildings, etc. Not only in Indiana, we currently have properties in other states as well. A very small package for us is 20 units or so but most packages being much larger than that. You can see more about it at our website, jwassets.com.

My name is Ben Craver and I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I first started checking out BP last week and have slowly been checking out the site and seeing what is has to offer since then. Looks to be a great place and I look forward to delving deeper into the community.

I am a Realtor/Broker who helps investors and non-investors alike buy and sell individual homes in the area but I also help clients buy and sell large packages of investment properties. Mostly here in Indiana but also in other several other states as well.These packages are anywhere from 20-100 properties.

I'm always looking to branch out into other avenues of Real Estate as well though I rather like where my business is right now.
